The Sunrise Bank’s Custom Debit Card (iCard) service is subject to these terms and conditions. By requesting a Custom Debit Card and submitting an image of your choice, the account holder or card holder, warrants to Sunrise Bank that: - You are the owner of the image or you have obtained express consent from the image’s owner to use the image on your Custom Debit Card.- Use of the image by Bank will not invade on any other person’s rights, including intellectual property rights, in the image.- You give Sunrise Bank a permission and a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use the image on the Custom Debit Card.&nbsp;- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Bank for the harmless from and against any damages, loss, costs, expenses (including court costs and attorney fees) incurred by or asserted against Bank as a direct or indirect result of the issuance of the Custom Debit Card or the use of the image and this service, including but not limited to any and all claims alleging infringement of a trademark, copyright, or other - intellectual property right, the violation of a right of privacy and/or any other right.&nbsp;- Bank’s liability hereunder is limited to refunding the fee associated with issuing the Custom Debit Card and Bank is not liable to you for any loss, damage, claim, or expense whatsoever in relation to any action or omission by Bank in connection with the Custom Debit Card.&nbsp;- Bank is not responsible for image quality including, but not limited to, positioning on the Custom Debit Card. Bank reserves the right to reject any image, including but not limited to any photograph submitted, or to refuse to issue a Custom Debit Card, in our sole discretion. You may not submit images that are unacceptable.- Bank’s General terms and conditions for Debit Card issuance will also apply.&nbsp;- Bank reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to terminate the Custom Debit Card program issued to you, at any time, in its sole discretion. Note:- You must be registered to Sunrise Smart+ with transaction facility before submitting the custom debit card request.- If you already have another Debit Card for applied account number, then same will be replaced with this request.- Custom Debit Card request includes fees of NPR 1,000/-. The fee will be deducted from your saving account. If you do not have enough funds in the account associated with your debit card to cover the fee(s), your Custom Debit Card request will not be processed.

By submitting a custom image to design your own Debit Card (iCard), each card/account holder agrees to the following guidelines: Your images will be checked and approved before you receive your card. This Image Criteria may be varied by Bank at any time. Images will be accepted or declined at Bank’s sole discretion and you will be notified by email or phone call if your image has been declined. All images submitted must have the consent of the owner, and reproduction of the image must not infringe on any person’s intellectual property rights.&nbsp;Bank is not responsible for problems with image quality, including out-of-focus or low-resolution images, or images poorly positioned on the card. The following images will not be allowed for Sunrise Bank’s Custom Debit Card: - Political statements.- Advertising, promotional materials, slogans related to or owned by third parties.- Copyrighted, trademarked or proprietary material of another.- Phone numbers, URLs, website addresses, email addresses or personal information and other wording regardless of whether it relates to an entity you own.- Brand names or branded products belonging to third parties.- Celebrities, athletes, musicians, entertainers, public or political figures.- Religious symbols, images or text.- Anti-social or obscene behavior or socially unacceptable groups.- Obscene or lewd material, harassing, inappropriate, discriminating, offensive or socially unacceptable material.- Pornographic, provocative or sexual material, profanity, obscenities, nudity or semi-nudity.- Symbols of death, destruction, violence or any negative material that does not reflect positively on us.- Violent or offensive racist images including any images in which weapons or fire arms are shown&nbsp;.- Images where drinking(or being drunk), smoking, narcotics or gambling are the focus,- Images that may cause emotional distress, or be seen as upsetting or controversial.- Images of money.- Content that may interfere with the acceptance of the Card at point of sale or with security features of the Card.- Images which show the names or images of any other peer Banking or Financial Institution.
